In short
In-person training gives you hands-on coaching, real-time form checks and accountability in the room. Online coaching gives you a tailored plan, flexibility and lower cost, with check-ins wherever you are. Many people start in person to learn the movements, then move online, or mix the two.
Both work. The right choice depends on how you like to train, your budget, and how confident you feel in the gym. Here is an honest comparison to help you decide.

| What matters | In-person PT | Online coaching |

When in-person is the better fit
If you are newer to training, or you know you push harder with someone in the room, in-person sessions in Wellington are hard to beat. I can adjust your technique on the spot, keep you safe, and keep you going on the days motivation dips.
When online coaching shines
If you are reasonably confident, short on time, or not local, online coaching gives you a plan built around your goals, your gym and your schedule, with check-ins and support wherever you are. It is also the more affordable way to train with a coach consistently.
You do not have to pick just one
Plenty of people start with a few in-person sessions to learn the key movements, then continue online. Others train online and drop in for the occasional hands-on session. We can mix it however suits you.
